Captain Nathan Snead, the skipper for Pamlico Sailing’s Pamlico Flyer sailing out of Hatteras Village, is elected to serve on the board of Hatteras Community Sailing. Nathan is an active member of the sailing organization and the head coach of the intermediate sailors.
